We are a small group of hardworking women who want YOU to be inspired and thrilled with your purchase or recent gift. Please contact us with questions or concerns and we will be happy to exchange or provide a refund. We are always striving to improve our products to fit YOUR lifestyle. Please keep us informed!

If you are not satisfied with your Banglz purchase, you may return them for a full product refund (excluding shipping charges) for up to 30 days after the purchase date as long they have not been worn or damaged. Exchanges for sizing or colors can be made for up to 30 days after purchase date and new Banglz or Smartslips will be sent out with an additional shipping fee.

Please email us through our website listing 'CONTACT US' with a brief description for the exchange or refund. We will refund the product cost upon receipt of returned items.
