Recommendation for wearing your new Banglz Everyday bands:

Wear your Banglz for 1 hour the first day so that you can gauge your own health and fitness level. Add an hour each day for a maximum of 8 hours a day. Plan to wear Banglz while involved in normal daily activities for maximum benefit. After this you won't want to miss a day!

For Inactive Individuals with no regular exercise habits:
Place the everyday bands on just before you are involved in a daily activity (such as daily dressing) versus sitting stationary.

  • Week #1- wear for 30 minutes per day
  • Week #2- wear for 1 hour per day
  • Week #3- wear for 90 minutes each day
  • Week #4- wear for 2 hours each day
